This Velcro Obi is a great option for those who want a quick release solution for use with a Hakama.

 

These Obi are perfect as a quick fix for Kendo or Aikido and have the added advantage of providing some additional lower back support.

 

7.5cm in width and 123cm in total length, these Obi are designed to pass around the body once.

After a whole day of Iai practice the belt was still secure and holds the sword perfectly, easy to put on and take off with no hassle

Need longer sizes
Hi this is a great idea but could do with some longer sizes maybe a bit of elastic, I have a 44inch waist and this item dose not fit which is a shame seeing that there are a lot of martial artist who need larger sizes

Obi
Some of the smaller students have had problems retaining their Scabbards in their normal grade belts so I recently bought the "Velcro Obi" this has worked very well and the three students have found the retention of the scabbard much safer in movement at a very reasonable price.
