This 102cm all-purpose Bokken (wooden sword) is perfectly suited to Kendo Kata and is the starting point for Bokuto in a multitude of sword arts.  Our standard Bokken is a superior player in the performance stakes and comes complete with Tsuba and Dome (Colours may vary).

 

Aka Kashi - Top class red oak Japanese weapons.  Red oak is slightly more dense than White oak, producing slightly heavier weapons usually.  A great alternative to Shiro Kashi, typically with a slightly wider grain which runs through the length of the weapon.

Lovely bokken. Looks a lot like the pictures, great dark oak colour and has taken a beating already without showing any signs of damage. The plastic tsuba with a rubber dome are a nice addition but get loose frequently and need moving back in place. The grain on mine is not as clean and straight as on the photos, there's some blotches and variation but mostly this adds interest and doesn't seem to impact the quality.
