This discounted uniform set includes a 100% cotton single layer Kendogi and an easy care polyester rayon Hakama.

 

The single layer Sashiko Ori (rice grain stitch) Kendogi is soft and comfortable and is dyed to a traditional dark blue colour without the use of Aizome, to make care routines easier and prevent the leakage of dye.

 

The classic Japanese cut Hakama is made from polyester rayon (Tetron) a fabric which is a great looking and easy-care material for Hakama as it holds its shape well, folds easily and is very easy to keep looking clean and smart.

 

The perfect entry level set for those taking their first steps in Kendo.

After three months of dojo practice I can definitely say that this set is fantastic.. Not only for beginners. It has great quality with affordable price. It's light, fresh and gives you the possibility of maintaining that perfect shape the rei-gi requires during practice.
I strongly suggest it.
Another very important fact is the real time possibility to talk with Martyn for any doubt on items or problems with shippings.

Fantastic service & great product
Having read the reviews on this site, and having sort advice from the dojo I went for this set. And it is everything I hoped for. The fit is perfect and Kendogi and Hakama clearly very well made. The delivery was super fast. All in all would recommend this set to anyone just starting out. I will definitely order from Nine Circles again

Great customer service
The product was as I expected, and it arrived quickly. I ordered the wrong size of Hakama, and the staff at Nine Circles were excellent; they gave me all the information I needed to return it, and they sent me a replacement Hakama that was a perfect fit. No hassle!

Excellent quality and good fit. Hakama length is perfect, Kendogi a little bit large but I'm sure to grow into it so it is fine too.

Kendogi & Hakama Set
Me and several of the Lancaster University Society have bought this set and each of us have been amazed they've survived our 4 days a week training, especially with people from national teams putting us through the ringers! They've held up well, yes the kendogi shrank a small amount first wash, but after that dye didn't run, size was mostly same, think it was about an inch off the sleeve? Best of all, with many of our members wearing their first hakama and tripping over it, the hakama hasn't torn or anything, it's stayed strong and the pleats stayed stubbornly in place! Great buy, definitely will have more purchases in the future from our society!
